Week 2 Discussion – HR

  Some companies pay current employees a referral bonus if a job candidate that the employee referred is hired by the company.  Assess the pros and cons of this practice. What restrictions should be placed on a referral bonus program? Justify whether organizations should consider referral bonuses as a best practice.
