The paper should include these contents: relationship between state rights and the colonisation of “indigenous people” and their perspectives, and the relationship between neutrality and self-reflective interest in the study of visual cultures/ problems of representation and knowledge of the “other” within the context of the epistemologies of colonialism claims to knowledge/ indigenous art as both subject and object/ the role of neo-colonial interdependency in visual cultures and the role of informants/ the method of speaking nearby.
