Leadership Style

Select an organizational leader that you feel was, is, or has been successful.  Consider the following in preparing your paper:Identify the leader, her or his profession, and a short biography.Which specific competencies (3 – 5) do you think have made/make this leader successful? Chapters 4 – 7 in TheExtraordinary Leader will provide insights.What is the individual’s leadership style (e.g. transformational, servant, authentic, etc.)?What lessons will you take away from this individual’s leadership style? Which wouldbest support your professional goals and objectives?Your paper should be 3 – 4 pages in length, in APA format, 12 font, double spaced, with appropriate references. A title page and abstract are not required although you need to put your name in the header.
