Employees Benefit from Line Managers

PART 2 – How do employees benefit from line managers and HR having a strategic partnership?   Think about what it means to have a consistent message and how impactful that is.  Let’s take for example question on policy or procedure.  If an employee goes to their manager and is given direction and then follows up with HR and receives a different message the trust in one or both begins to break down.  This break down is often what leads to mistrust across the organization and trickles down to how connected employees feel in the organization.
