Public Policy Paper Proposal

I need a 3 page double space and APA format paper using the specifics: Review the Final Assignment in Week Six of the course and then(read below), develop a three-page, APA-style paper (not including cover and reference pages) in which you propose the topic and major elements defining your final Public Policy paper.  This is your chance to get your topic approved by your instructor.  Your Public Policy Proposal paper will be written in four parts: Identification and explanation of the topic including a problem statement The explanation of the research process; that is, how will the research be conducted A discussion of relevant literature appropriate to the issues at hand An abbreviated reference list (a minimum of three sources, at least one from the ProQuest electronic database).
