Academic Reflection

I need help in writing a reflection on my experience in ICu, it must be an academic reflection with citations and references Academic reflective assignment, 2000 Words using a model of reflective practive I will prefer Driscoll model of reflective writing using What, So what and Now What? Reflecting on the skills i was able to achieve, the arterial blood gas and their interpretation and intervention. How difficult it was initially to understand the readings on the ventilator and monitor,but after some times i was able to with the support of others around The process of extubating patient in the ICU which further help which extubating patient after surgery in the recovery room. The experience in ICU forms a foundation for my practice while i went back to theatre to continue my work and recovery course.
