Please respond to the following discussion post as a peer making a comment .Operational alignment can be defined as the process of implementing strategies and philosophies to ensure that each member of an organization shares a common goal and vision for the success of an organization (Indeed, 2020). This is crucial for health care organizations because it improves efficiency, delivery, and effectiveness, as well as improves employees’ respect for leaders. Additionally, it also helps the organization have less waste, less unnecessary duplication, and more resources to improve the company’s performance and productivity. Performance measurement outcomes are used to measure operational quality and efficiency. This is done to calculate the ratio of output gained to the input expended. Operational expenditure, capital expenditure, other resources, revenue, customer satisfaction, and quality are among the key elements included in the calculation used to determine an organization’s performance outcomes (Deshler, 2020).

Regarding operational alignment in an organization and my personal perspective, I feel that there are many commonalities. Similar to an organization’s operational alignment, I also feel that constant communication to all team members is essential for overall success and for goals and visions to be met. I also believe that there are many benefits of teamwork-related strategies to increase better problem-solving abilities, create less burnout, and to boost productivity in the workplace.
