Part 1 :A- Work on my Development Plan adding in short updates for any on-going objectives.B- You must then add at least three development needs for at least a six-month period after the finish of the course, (these should also be clearly identified with a different font color or other visual indication).Part 2 :Key learning summary for MER first no more than half a page (Reflect on any learning from your assessment and wider study of the unit and putting together of your assignment (including attendance at the workshop) and also the progress of your development plan objectives), then write a summary for all module (LND + MER) reflections and final overall summary. (what I’ve learned from these two module and what added to my knowledge and so on).
