For example, if you experience role strain as a business owner, what might you, your colleagues, or management do to alleviate the strain?

Answer

I experienced role strain while being a student in school. I had many classes that wanted me to get work done and study and it was so much of a mental fatigue. Like a history class would want me to do a research project and a biology class would need me to study for an exam that was occurring around the same time the history project was due. Possible solutions could be that i alternate between studying for biology class. i could also ask for an extension on the history project so i wouldn’t feel as rushed to complete the project and other work and i would get more time to study for the exam. studying earlier is better than later and so is doing the work for the other classes. this is still a struggle for me because of trying to balance all the classes.
