Psychology Research Summary

First, go to the NDSU Libraries web site (https://library.ndsu.edu). Then, to find the database for articles on the NDSU Libraries web site,  click on “Quick Links” on the top right.  Then select “Academic Databases” which is the second to last option.  Then you can click on the letter “P” and  scroll down to PsycInfo or PsycArticles and select one of those.  Then you can search for things you find interesting. Search for words like “Stress” or “Autism” or “Perception.” You can search for multiple terms too, like “Stress” and “health.”  Then the easiest thing to do is to find articles with a “Linked to Full Text” link and to download the article that way.  Research Paper Requirements (from your syllabus): Summaries should be 2-3 pages, double spaced (~600 words) and include… Name of the journal used.* Title of the article read and names of the authors.* The theoretical background to the study. The research methods used in the study The main findings of the researchers, and the implications of these findings. (*bolded to begin your summary)
