Public Awareness and Paving a Way to Curb the Road Traffic Collisions

I have a research paper which I have posted for publication. But it got rejected for the following comments— “We regret to inform you that your paper has not been accepted by the following reasons: Your paper is not written in good English as an academic research paper. English checker’s comments: Comprehensibility is a major issue in this paper, as the English simply contains too many rudimentary errors. Problems include things like proper punctuation (a lack of commas, for instance), lots of missing or incorrect articles (which complicates comprehensibility), sentences that are simply hard to understand (“Our prowess of navigating vehicle…” and lines 58-61, for example), and noun count (“…million death[s] occur…”). The section describing the formulae and statistics, meanwhile, is home to quite a few incomplete sentences and lots of basic grammar problems. This paper needs a thorough review.
