Using your best academic writing and MLA style as covered throughout the semester, write a 1600-word research essay on a controversial topic in contemporary art that I have posted on Canvas. You must include at least five sources and a Works Cited page. All sources must be quoted or paraphrased in the body of the paper. Use proper MLA style by declaring the author of the article where you got your quote from in the body of the senetcne or in parentheses at the end. Quotes over four line should be indented without quote marks. No plagiarism will be accepted and if you do so you will receive grade of zero, making it very difficult to pass the class. Don’t forget, this should be a balanced research essay, with a Thesis Statement that is backed up by facts from your research. It is not simply an opinion paper.
