The Influence of Gender Balance and Diversity on the Growth of a Business

The topic of the thesis is The influence of gender balance and diversity on a business. If the title can be changed to something similar but a bit better than this one then we can change it, but please make sure and ask me before changing.  I have uploaded a sample dissertation (template) on how the thesis should be, so we follow that template.  I have also uploaded literature review that I have written, that could be added to the thesis as well, but please edit it a bit and improve. But that literature review is not counted in the 8500 I need, it should just be added to it since the thesis should be around 10 000 words.  I have also uploaded a research proposal and presentation that could be of help. Could you please improve the research proposal as well and improve the methodology too.
